About Me
Central Fitness and Wellness is based out of Smithers British Columbia.
My family and I moved to the Bulkley Valley two years ago from Winnipeg and have fallen in love with the region. We have lived in many cities around the world but feel like this is home for us. This region encourages a lifestyle focusing on holistic practices, from supporting local food production, to foraging, to organic farming and traditional herbology. I am lucky to be exposed to such valuable knowledge and feel like I'm always learning. In addition, this community has direct access to a variety of indoor and outdoor activities which helps to make prioritizing physical fitness effortless.
As a holistic nutritionist, I offer personalized in-person and online consultations to help you achieve your wellness goals. My approach is to provide comprehensive guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to make sustainable, positive changes for a healthier life.
